Q： Do I need assemble my wine cooler？

A：No, most parts of the wine cooler are already assembled, but for transportation, you only need to install the door handle yourself, that's very simple.

Q：Is it easily damaged during transportation or delivery?

A：Not at all, all ROVRAk product was delivered without any problems according to our old customers. It was well packaged with thick foam.

Q：What is the warranty

A：One year warranty from the manufactuer.

Q：Can I track my package?

A：Yes. Click on the shipping icon in your order confirmation email to track your package.

A：Your new machine may have a slight smell right after you unwrap it. However, the smell should go away pretty quickly.Don't worry, the smell is not associated with any harmful chemicals.

A：The estimated delivery time can be checked under the order，the product will be delivered within the prescribed delivery time.
